One postal code, different water contacts
The City of Littleton lists Roxborough under 80125. Sterling Ranch CAB also uses 80125 for its community addresses. That shared postal label does not make their utility arrangements interchangeable.
For Sterling Ranch, Dominion describes itself as the wholesale supplier to the CAB; residential account matters belong with the retailer. For a Roxborough district account, use the district named on the bill. Confirm this before reporting water near a main or asking someone to shut off a utility valve.

Bring the right water-use record
Roxborough’s WaterSmart access is available to customers with Mueller meters. If you already use it, keep the time and pattern of the alert rather than just its headline. An alert does not identify a broken pipe.
Sterling Ranch utility rules describe separate indoor and outdoor meters. Identify which reading is unusual on your actual installation. Never assume that one number represents the whole property or disconnect meter equipment to investigate.
Choose a question worth investigating
For an indoor concern, describe whether it is continuous water use, a visible wet patch or a change noticed after a fixture runs. For a buried-line concern, identify the wet area relative to the house, street and irrigation beds without probing or digging.
- A floor stain alone does not establish a pipe beneath a slab.
- An outdoor-use increase may involve a controller or irrigation zone rather than the indoor plumbing.
- A wet shared verge needs the property manager or system owner involved before access is authorized.
Make room for a precise scope
Tell us whether you are in Roxborough or Sterling Ranch, give the street address and explain any gated or shared access. Confirm availability and the investigation offered for that address. Before approving repairs, establish who will arrange utility coordination, any permit, access openings and restoration.
